Andrew Pennington

Andrew is a director of Odin Fiduciaries Limited and UHY Crossleys LLC, which he has been with since 1987.

Odin Fiduciaries Limited, previously known as Crossman Trust Company Limited, was incorporated in the Isle of Man in July 1995, however its history is now over 50 years. The fiduciary company was ring fenced in 1995 from its associated company, UHY Crossleys LLC, in anticipation of trust and corporate service providers being regulated in the Isle of Man.

Both of these companies are owned by the Directors of UHY Crossleys LLC.

Odin Fiduciaries Limited is a trust and corporate service provider under the terms of the Isle of Man Financial Services Act 2008 and is licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority.

UHY Crossleys LLC is the largest firm of chartered certified accountants in the Isle of Man.
