Nigel Rotheroe

Nigel is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and is based in the Isle of Man. He has a wealth of expertise in the provision of trust and corporate services and is a director of UHY Crossleys LLC ("Crossleys") since 1986, a member firm of UHY International and a director of Odin Fiduciaries Limited.

UHY Crossleys LLC is the largest firm of chartered certified accountants in the Isle of Man. With two directors and 16 staff, the firm provides a wide range of accounting and tax services to clients ranging from high net worth individuals to local sole traders. The firm has established itself as a specialist in tax advisory services.

Odin Fiduciaries Limited, previously known as Crossman Trust Company Limited, was incorporated in the Isle of Man in July 1995, however its history is now over 50 years. The fiduciary company was ring fenced in 1995 from its associated company, UHY Crossleys LLC, in anticipation of trust and corporate service providers being regulated in the Isle of Man.

Both of these companies are owned by the Directors of UHY Crossleys LLC.
